Your guide to Yoni Steaming
Those of you close to me know how passionate I am about yoni steaming! This ancient practice is one of the most nourishing and supportive modalities to support your yoni and cycle health.
Yoni steaming has played a large role in my journey of returning to a healthy regular cycle and I continue to make time in my cycle to honour this ritual.
Yoni steaming helps with period pain, missing or irregular periods, stagnation and emotional trauma connected to the womb space. This practice promotes circulation, nourishes and tonifies the yoni, supports fertility, healthy blood flow and welcomes a sense of intimacy and awareness with your yoni.
The herbs I love to use are rosemary, lavender, motherwort, calendula, rose & mugwort.
Simply boil your herbs in a pot with filtered water and let it brew like a tea for 10 mins. Find a comfortable place to squat over the pot and bask in the warmth of the steam for approx 10-20 mins. If you don’t have access to the herbs, clean filtered water works perfectly too! If possible, allocate one pot for this practice only!
